• Demonstrates accuracy in accounting and pricing, and ensures safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with the execution of daily operations.
• General operations including acquisition, display, pricing, inventory management, and rotation of goods.
• Provide sales reports and accurate retail information in a timely manner.
• Oversee personnel, clients and volunteers assigned to the retail store.
• Direct training and enforcement of GIWM policies daily.
• Ensure grounds and building are maintained and safety/OSHA/MIOSHA compliance is met.
• Perform duties of Lead Cashier or Retail Associate as needed.
