Job summary

• Lead POS transactions, loyalty, refunds, and opening/closing procedures.
• Manage inventory control, pricing, markdowns, and physical inventory.
• Oversee merchandising, visual presentation and signage.
• Payroll control: scheduling and attendance.
• Training and development of direct reports.
• Loss prevention and protection of company assets.
• Develop understanding of day-to-day operations.
