Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Takes active role with Store Manager in daily operations including opening/closing, POS, inventory and donations.
• Assists in day-to-day operations and cash handling in absence of Store/Asst. Manager.
• Monitor KPIs to drive store sales and profitability.
• Schedule staff and conduct team meetings; coach and develop employees.
