Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in opening/closing, POS operations, inventory management, and donations.
• Cover Store Manager/Assistant Manager in their absence; discuss concerns with District Sales Manager.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive store sales and profitability as budgeted.
• Schedule staff, conduct daily meetings, and provide coaching and training to employees.
• Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction and maintain community relations.
• Support Back Room Processing and security of currency and inventory.
• Ensure building security during non-operating hours and compliance with ARC safety policies.
• Complete tasks assigned by management.
