POP MART Americas Inc. in Roseville, CA is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage daily operations, merchandising, and inventory, and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and recognition, while serving as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching and feedback.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by setting the standard for customer engagement.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs including UPT and ATV.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Execute POP MART visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays.
• Build excitement within the local collector community and support in-store events.
