Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Livermore, CA to lead daily operations and coach a high-performing team. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure an exceptional POP MART brand experience on the floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, training, and upholding loss-prevention standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, collector-focused store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Store Manager to recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Drive customer engagement and uphold POP MART's premium brand experience.
• Analyze sales metrics and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, cash, safety, and compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and inventory control.
• Support in-store events, product launches, pop-ups, and new store openings.
