POP MART is seeking an energetic Retail Assistant Manager for our Livermore, CA location. You will lead a small team, coach staff, and drive merchandise execution to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, brand-forward environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to hit sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth daily operations while promoting POP MART’s artists and exclusive collections.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the sales floor and model engagement.
• Drive sales KPIs: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy.
• Oversee store operations: opening/closing, cash, safety, compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising and inventory planograms per POP MART standards.
• Act as Brand ambassador for POP MART and support events, launches, and community activations.
