Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 2-3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs CHARM service model.
• Support store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising and stockroom operations.
• Lead on the sales floor and collaborate with store management to meet sales goals.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely follow-up with high service standards.
• Promote Crocs brand and product knowledge to enhance customer connections.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory controls.
