Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is hiring a Store Team Lead in Cerritos, CA to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and drive sales through your team. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensure store readiness daily.

You’ll collaborate with Store Management to achieve and exceed goals, coach teammates, and uphold Crocs policies. The role requires 2–3 years of retail leadership, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a passion for a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably with prior store leadership Roles.
• Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store readiness daily.
• Assist in all store departments to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Protect assets and adhere to store policies including inventory controls.
