Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Sales Part Time to drive exceptional customer experiences in our Round Rock store. You will support daily store operations, assist in merchandising, and lead by example on the sales floor to help meet and exceed sales targets.

The role requires 18+ and 2–3 years of retail experience, with a preference for prior leadership. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected in a fast-growing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with preference for store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and help the team achieve sales goals.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining high service standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives.
