Job summary

Crocs, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to deliver outstanding consumer experiences, supervise daily retail operations, and support store leadership in partnership with the Store Manager.

You will lead teams, manage the POS system, stock room, pricing, and promotional activities while adhering to brand initiatives and policy standards. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years retail experience with leadership preference.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Assist with daily retail operations including POS, stock room, pricing, markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee store-wide operations with Store Manager to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches.
