You will lead daily team activities, support all store departments, and drive sales through effective selling strategies and consumer engagement. Must be 18+, with 2–3 years of retail experience and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for candidates with store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs' service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, merchandising, stockroom operations and visual presentation.
• Open and close procedures, cash handling, and ensuring store is business ready every day.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including asset protection, inventory control and compliance.
