Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise day-to-day store operations in Daytona Beach, FL. The role provides leadership and training to staff and ensures 100% policy compliance as directed by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

The Team Lead may be full- or part-time and will strive to meet sales, service and operational objectives while maintaining a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.

Formación

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and safety.
• Provide leadership and training to staff under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and cover store when needed.
• Manage POS transactions, sales, discounts, refunds and loyalty programs.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing and merchandising.
