Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisory leader to collaborate with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering consistent customer experiences. You will be the front line of store leadership, driving brand ambassador performance and connecting with customers throughout each shift.

You will lead hiring, coaching, and performance management, ensuring execution of store operations, safety, and standards while fostering a customer-first culture in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to resolve customer, vendor, or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to execute action plans and improve results.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, and shipment receipt.
• Set daily shift direction and provide performance feedback.
