Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to work with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store growth. You will be a brand ambassador who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and coaches the team to meet sales and service goals.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership to improve results and execute operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Set daily direction and goals for the shift.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
