Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences, positively impacting growth. Store leaders are frontline to customer satisfaction and brand ambassadors committed to feel-good moments daily.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coach teams, while maintaining store standards and safety. Evening/ weekend shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and disseminate directives.
• Set daily direction and goals for the shift.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
