Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisory-level leader to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
- Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
- Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
- Effective communication and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
- Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
- Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure operational execution.
- Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
