Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth. You will lead a team, execute store strategies, and model our values while maintaining an engaging, safe shopping environment.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with flexibility to work peak days and varied shifts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a retail setting preferred.
Strong customer focus with ability to drive sales and service excellence.
Proven communication skills and openness to feedback.
Ability to coach and mentor associates and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and effective execution of operations.
Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
Set direction and goals for the day/shift and provide performance feedback.
Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge.
Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies across store operations.
