The North Face in Farmington, CT is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach associates, supervise daily operations, and help maximize store profitability while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in retail or store leadership, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma (or equivalent). This role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and operational excellence.

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence across all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, floor coverage and task delegation.
• Support inventory, stockroom operations, receiving shipments and product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock replenishment aligns with brand directives.
