Job summary

The North Face is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach associates, ensure store standards, and help maximize profitability and visual merchandising alignment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage physical store tasks. This role offers an hourly pay range with incentive potential and eligibility for certain VF benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support store team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Supervise opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product replenishment.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety standards.
