Job summary

The North Face at VF Corporation in Farmington, CT is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and elevate the customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, manage daily store operations, and ensure merchandising and visual standards align with brand directives.

You'll partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to store profitability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; hands-on experience valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
