Responsibilities

• Support the store's leadership team and drive an outstanding customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster inclusion, and support inventory flow.
• Open/close procedures, floor coverage, stockroom duties, and loss prevention practices.
• Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing feedback and development.
