Job summary

Bath & Body Works in the United States seeks a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth across the store.

You will lead talent, manage opening/closing routines, coach the team, and ensure safety and brand standards while maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment. Experience in retail leadership and a passion for coaching are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty to address customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve results and execute plans.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including deposits and shipments.
• Set daily goals and provide feedback to managers and team.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
