Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the store. You will play a pivotal role in growing the business and leading the front-line team in daily operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback and ensuring sales, operations and customer service standards are met. Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipts.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift and provide performance feedback.
