Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering consistent customer experiences across the store. You will be a front-line leader, driving sales, operations and brand standards while nurturing a customer-focused environment.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to coach teams toward achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture and coach associates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled to handle customer experience, vendor, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Perform opening/closing routines, bank deposits, ship receipt, and communicate directives.
• Set daily direction and provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
