As a front-line leader, you will guide associates, model selling behaviors, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding company policies and visual standards. This role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers a strong benefit package, including a 40% discount.

• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
