Bath & Body Works in Florida is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to help execute store goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and manage daily operations to keep the store running smoothly.

In this role you’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, support openings and closings, and uphold our values while driving sales and service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead duties as Manager on Duty and address customer experience issues.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and peers.
• Drive in-store experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display product knowledge, store policies, and strategies.
• Set daily direction for the team and manage bank deposits, shipments and directives.
• Engage customers with needs discovery, recommendations, and product demos.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placements.
• Adhere to safety standards; lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
