Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead store operations and act as Manager on Duty to address customer experience and maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide feedback to staff.
• Provide coaching to improve selling and customer experience.
