Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers
• Drive exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies
• Set daily direction/goals for the team and assignees
• Execute opening and closing routines, including banking, shipments, and directives
• Foster genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placements
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging store environment through adherence to standards
• Lift and move merchandise as needed to maintain displays and accessibility
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures
