Job summary

Gap is hiring in Corte Madera to support store leadership and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-store and omni-channel channels. You will model selling behaviors, educate customers on loyalty programs, and help maintain a positive, efficient sales floor.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable working a flexible schedule, lift up to 30 pounds, and contribute to opening/closing routines while upholding Gap’s standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to educate customers about loyalty programs and brand offerings.
• Demonstrate selling behaviors and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
