Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, pricing, stocking and customer service, delivering a legendary shopping experience.

You’ll supervise daily activities, train staff, schedule work, and coordinate events while maintaining plan-o-grams, pricing integrity and inventory accuracy to beat company customer-service goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and team leadership in a fast-paced outdoors retailer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 to 4+ years in retail sales supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to department associates on merchandising, pricing, stocking and service.
• Support achievement of sales, gross margin, inventory and payroll goals.
• Coordinate staff, training, and weekly work schedules; conduct performance feedback.
• Maintain plan‑o‑grams, pricing integrity and product demos for staff.
