Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to supervise associates in one department, ensuring excellent customer service, merchandising, pricing, and inventory control. You will guide staff, implement directives, and coordinate events to drive sales and standards.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and maintaining product knowledge to provide a legendary customer experience. Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
