Bass Pro Shops in Garland, TX seeks a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing and customer service under the supervision of the Group Sales or Department Manager.

You will coach staff, assist in interviewing and training, coordinate schedules, ensure plan-o-grams and pricing accuracy, and uphold a positive, service‑oriented work environment while delivering a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and ensure service standards.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan‑ograms as directed by Corporate.
• Assist GSM/DM in staffing, interviewing, and training; prepare schedules and coach staff.
• Resolve customer and associate issues in collaboration with GSM/DM and HR.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in events and pricing integrity.
