Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of Retail Sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction to associates within the department.
• Supports achievement of departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Maintains plan-o-grams and executes merchandising directives.
• Manages customer service and creates a positive shopping experience.
• Staffs the department, assists in training and performance feedback, and coordinates weekly schedules.
• Maintains product knowledge and conducts product demos for staff.
• Coordinates special events and ensures pricing and UPC integrity.
