POP MART Americas in Livermore, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, oversee daily operations, and ensure POP MART’s brand standards across merchandising, inventory, and customer service.

The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, a passion for pop culture, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team with Store Manager support.
• Coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads; drive KPIs and sales goals.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and cash control.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
