Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue and uphold brand standards. You’ll recruit, train and develop a winning team while delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, merchandising and loss prevention, ensuring service levels meet company policies and local expectations. Flexible hours include some nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Stand for long periods (up to 9 hours); lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage full operation of retail store including opening/closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Hire and train top talent; recruit sales staff on an ongoing basis.
• Lead a sales team on the floor, coaching and driving revenue and standards of excellence.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to brand standards and store policies.
• Oversee P&L, loss prevention and marketing efforts to grow the business.
• Act as subject matter expert for customers and provide product recommendations.
• Participate in community events and local marketing activities to build a positive image.
