Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Retail Associate Manager (RAM) to lead store sales, service and profitability. You’ll represent the T-Mobile brand, motivate the team and drive performance.

This development role prepares you to become a Retail Store Manager, with responsibilities including coaching, scheduling, inventory, store merchandising, and partnership with the RSM on talent and local marketing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends & holidays.
• 1–2 years of management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to relocate within assigned market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational & problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Able to stand long hours (up to 9) and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for store in the absence of the RSM, covering sales, operations and people processes.
• Partner with the RSM to recruit and coach top talent for a high-performing team.
• Coach and inspire with integrity to guide sales team to monthly goals.
• Participate in planning and executing store meetings for launches and updates.
• Collaborate with RSM on local store marketing initiatives to drive new business.
• Oversee back-end processes and customer initiatives to ensure audit compliance.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, including planogram resets.
• Assist with all store functions in line with Wireless Vision policies.
• Manage daily/monthly inventory and cash handling; monitor key metrics.
• May take on additional tasks or projects as assigned.
