Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Ohio in Logan, Ohio is seeking a DGR Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and lead a diverse team. This full-time role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and donations processing in a busy retail environment.

The position requires at least 2 years of retail management experience, a proactive, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently. Clock-in via Paycom is required.

• Demonstrated ability through prior experience to work and manage all types of people, including those with disabilities.
• A self-starter who can work independently and as a team player.
• Able to organize and carry out multiple duties without assistance.
• Able to deal with stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register according to Goodwill of South Central Ohio policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service; greet each customer as they come into the store and practice the 3-foot rule.
• Ensure the proper handling of all monies by adherence to GWSCO’s policies and procedures.
• Assist in the collection of donations coming into the store. Ensure all customers get a receipt if desired.
• Clock In/Out daily for scheduled shifts in Paycom using your unique login information.
• Share in housekeeping duties and maintain store appearance.
• Assist in the production, tracking and stocking of wares and textiles at the direction of management.
• Follow all Goodwill of South Central Ohio policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
