Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in retail store management or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple duties and stressful situations.
• Willingness to pass drug test and background check.
• Neat appearance and pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register according to policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service; greet customers and practice the 3-foot rule.
• Ensure proper handling of all monies per policies.
• Assist in the collection of donations.
• Ensure customers get a receipt if desired.
• Clock in/out daily in Paycom using login information.
• Share in housekeeping duties and maintain store appearance.
• Assist in production, tracking and stocking of wares and textiles.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
