Goodwill Industries Of Gr. Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales and uphold our mission and values.

You will supervise staff, schedule and train personnel, manage cash handling, ensure customer service excellence, and maintain a safe, clean, and well-merchandised sales floor. The position requires strong leadership and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management and leadership
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to work varied hours which will include evenings weekends

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily store operations
• Scheduling, training, and evaluating personnel
• Cash balancing and recording
• Assure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints when necessary
• Maintain safe working conditions by following company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and attractive retail sales floor through effective merchandising
• Oversee quality control and inventory
• Supervise the transfer of store shipments to appropriate departments
