Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register per Goodwill of South Central Ohio policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers; enforce 3-foot rule.
• Handle monetary transactions with adherence to policies; provide receipts.
• Assist in collection of donations and stock wares/textiles as directed.
• Clock in/out in Paycom for scheduled shifts.
• Maintain store appearance and assist in production, tracking and stocking of wares.

Ensure all customers get a receipt if desired.* Clock In/Out daily for scheduled shifts in Paycom using your unique login information.* Share in housekeeping duties and maintain store appearance.* Assist in the production, tracking and stocking of wares and textiles at the direction of management.* Follow all Goodwill of South Central Ohio policies and procedures.* Other duties as assigned.## QualificationsQualifications:* Demonstrated ability through prior experience to work and manage all types of people, including those with disabilities. A self-starter who can work independently and as a team player. Able to organize and carry out multiple duties without assistance. Able to deal with stressful situations.* Pleasant personality and neat appearance.* Will be subject to the company’s random drug testing procedures.* Must pass a Goodwill-approved criminal background check and not appear on any government registries that track abusers or other such offenses.* Hiring full and part time.
