T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a retail team leader to coach and guide the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals. You will lead a group of associates to ensure store standards, product knowledge, and retail procedures drive performance.

Your role focuses on coaching, training, and operational management to enhance customer experience and contribute to store financial success. Prior retail leadership and a strong customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence.
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance.
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards.
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives.
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination.
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
