Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to guide the retail team in delivering customer-focused service and sales outcomes. You will coach and train staff, manage store operations, and ensure product knowledge while upholding standards to drive performance.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail. You will lead visual merchandising, optimize customer flow, and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence.
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance.
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards.
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives.
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination.
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
