Responsibilities

• supervise day-to-day store operations under guidance from Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Provide leadership and training to staff.
• Manage POS transactions, discounts and refunds, and loyalty program adherence.
• Inventory control responsibilities including receiving, pricing, markdowns, and physical inventory.
• Merchandising and visual presentation in line with company standards, signage and placement.
• Payroll control tasks including scheduling, payroll budget compliance and time attendance.
• Training and development of direct reports and reinforcement of customer service standards.
• Loss prevention responsibilities to protect company assets.
• Assist with overall management of daily operations to meet sales and service goals.
