• Organize sales floor workflow and communicate priorities to the team and leadership.
• Ensure sales strategy is clearly conveyed and executed with leadership support.
• Energize and align team on performance goals and store priorities.
• Address time-sensitive questions and escalate issues to Store Leadership as needed.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and override processes.
• Provide customer service and support across store areas while fostering inclusion.
