Apple Retail is seeking a Lead who embodies a whole-store mindset, mentoring the team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will use Apple product expertise to drive engagement and sales while guiding the sales floor workflow and communicating strategy with leadership.

Based in our store, you’ll energize the team, address time-sensitive feedback, manage opening/closing procedures and cash, and contribute to an inclusive environment that reflects Apple’s values.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Experience mentoring or leading others.
• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor team members to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Organize people and sales floor workflow to optimize the customer experience.
• Communicate sales strategy to the team and leadership in a timely manner.
• Energize and align team with store performance goals and priorities.
• Address time-sensitive team feedback and concerns with Store Leadership.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash management.
• Support customer service across store areas and foster an inclusive environment.
