You will foster a high-performing environment, coach leaders, and align execution with Apple’s priorities to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and retain diverse talent, optimize scheduling, and ensure the team operates with integrity while driving store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Have 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team that identifies customers’ needs and delivers exceptional interactions.
• Attract, recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Manage scheduling strategy to align with program guidelines and business needs.
• Analyze business information to support the Apple Retail vision and performance goals.
• Protect all assets and uphold Apple’s policies and procedures.
