Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Lead to support the Store Leadership team and energize both customers and team members. You will mentor staff, organize the sales floor, and ensure sales strategies are effectively communicated and executed with leadership.

You will also focus on inclusive teamwork and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will spend time with the team and customers, addressing time-sensitive feedback, and helping with store operations including opening/closing and cash

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have experience in retail or sales.
• Have experience mentoring or leading others.

• Lead and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive customer engagement and sales using product knowledge and services.
