Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Montclair location to lead a fast-paced retail team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, staff development, and visual merchandising while upholding brand standards and policies.

Reporting to the Store Manager, this role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

• Established ability to drive sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear, professional verbal communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage store operations hands-on.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer issues, and daily store issues.
• Lead store associates through LIDS Training Programs and set sales/goals.
• Administer disciplinary steps when Store Manager is absent.
• Create a fun, productive, and respectful team environment aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and onboarding of store personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory security, and cash handling.
