Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach teams, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to company standards while driving sales and minimizing shrinkage.

Responsibilities include staff development, guest experience optimization, inventory control, and executing merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.

• Guide customer service to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional experiences.
